Comfort eating (again)

We've just come back from a sunshine break in Lanzarote and were desperate for some decent English grub.  Just kidding, if you want it, there are no end of British outlets serving keg beer and the worst of British food.

We ate well while we were away, plenty of fresh fish and shellfish at restaurants and home prepared salads with a good variety of leaves and tasty locally produced tomatoes.  But, it was difficult to get the quantity and variety of freshly prepared vegetables that we like.  The solution our digestive system was crying out for was a pasta bake containing: Onions, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, carrots and celery.
